I nuovi scenari del Sistema Sanitario Italiano:
i principali trend evolutivi e la risposta dell’azienda farmaceutica

Il processo di regionalizzazione ha profondamente modificato l’assetto del Sistema Sanitario Nazionale. Per adattarsi ai nuovi scenari e rispondere in modo efficace al cambiamento l’azienda farmaceutica innova la propria struttura e diviene partner della pubblica amministrazione, introducendo la nuova figura del “Funding Regional Manager”.
L’obiettivo del Project Work è quello di approfondire gli aspetti chiave dei principali trend evolutivi in sanità e presentare gli strumenti utilizzati da Schering-Plough per far fronte alla complessità dei diversi contesti regionali: l’implementazione di un nuovo database aziendale, gli studi di farmacoeconomia e l’analisi strategica di ASL e aziende ospedaliere costituiscono infatti i primi evidenti segnali di trasformazione del settore farmaceutico.

The new scenarios of the Italian Sanitary System:
Main trends and reaction from the pharmaceutical industry

The process of regionalisation has substantially modified the National Sanitary System. In order to adapt to the new scenarios and to be able to respond to change in an efficient manner, the pharmaceutical company innovates its own structure and becomes partner of the public administration, by introducing the position of “Funding Regional Manager”.
The objective of the Project work is to analyse the main trends in the sanitary sector and to present the instruments used by Schering-Plough to better understand and manage the complexities of the different regional contexts. The implementation of new company databases, pharma-economic studies and strategic analysis of local sanitary units and hospitals are the first signs of transformation of the pharmaceutical sector.
